Daytime Bespoke is our premium architectural editing product, designed for high-end listings and design-led properties that require a more refined, natural, and atmospheric finish.
Instead of creating a bright standard real estate look, this style focuses on true-to-life colour, natural light, rich midtones, refined contrast, realistic window balance, and a longer list of retouching. For tips on how to get the most out of this style, read this article.
The result is a polished, elegant image set that feels high-end and architectural while still remaining suitable for real estate marketing, for an elevated, natural, polished, and editorial / magazine style.
(The samples above were shot late afternoon)
This product is designed to achieve:
A refined, true-to-life visual finish
Natural architectural atmosphere
Richer depth and controlled contrast
Subtle colour separation between materials
More true to life colour balance
Reflection removal and more retouching (where relevant)
A calm, polished, design-led result
The goal is to enhance the property while respecting the original shoot, lighting, materials, and architectural intent.
Sky Treatment
For Daytime Bespoke, automatic sky replacement is not applied by default.
Instead, the original sky is preserved and carefully refined to maintain the natural atmosphere of the property. Whether the sky is blue, cloudy, soft, or slightly overcast, the goal is to work with the existing light conditions rather than replace them with a generic sky.
The sky may be slightly brightened, softened, balanced, or cleaned up to create a calm, natural, and premium look.
The direction is:
Preserving the original sky wherever possible
Slightly refining exposure and tone for a softer finish
Keeping blue skies natural and not overly saturated
Keeping cloudy skies calm, clean, slightly brighter.
Maintaining consistency across the full image set
Respecting the original lighting direction and mood of the time of day
Grass & Foliage
For Daytime Bespoke, grass and foliage should not appear overly vivid or artificially green.
Instead, vegetation should be refined toward slightly warmer, softer green tones, with subtle yellow undertones where appropriate, to reflect the Bespoke architectural and magazine-style aesthetic.
The goal is to create a more curated, editorial look that feels natural, premium, and visually calm, while still remaining believable.
The direction is:
Slightly warmer green tones
Subtle yellow undertones where natural
Avoiding overly bright or saturated greens
Keeping foliage soft and realistic
Windows
For Daytime Bespoke, window treatment should support the overall architectural image rather than become a strong point of attention.
In interior images, the main focus should remain on the architecture, the space, the materials, and the natural atmosphere of the room.
For this reason, windows may be kept slightly brighter than in a standard real estate edit, while still preserving important exterior views, such as sea views, gardens, landscapes, or other visually impressive outlooks.
The goal is not to recover every exterior detail perfectly, but to maintain a softer, more natural, editorial feel that keeps attention on the interior itself.
The direction is:
Keeping the architecture as the main subject of attention
Windows can be slightly brighter
Avoid heavy or overly detailed window pulls
Preserve a soft, natural
Exteriors shouldn't compete too strongly with the interior
Supporting a calm, premium architectural finish
The final result should feel natural, elegant, and intentional, with windows treated in a way that enhances the image without distracting from the architectural composition.
Twilight
Twilight Bespoke should generally follow similar requirements and expectations as Daytime Bespoke, with the same focus on refinement, natural atmosphere, and premium presentation.
The edit should also remain true to the original time of day. This means that later twilight images may feature deeper, richer skies, while earlier twilight images may retain lighter, softer sky tones. The goal is to preserve a natural and believable twilight atmosphere rather than applying a uniform look to every image.
