Every member of BWRM has a licence to operate within an exclusive set of postcodes. These are called 'territories'. Being the only BWRM Member within a territory allows us to work as a cohesive community that support each other and don't compete.
Our data shows that Members will build the most efficient and profitable businesses when they are close to home, so our postcodes will generally be within a 30minute drive from the home office.
We will work with you to build a set of postcodes suitable to you and allow you to create a sustainable business. Following the BWRM Pathway, a member can build a business with a six-figure turnover from as little as 20 listings a month.
Each territory comprises postcodes that contain between 40 and 60 real estate agencies. This number allows the member to build a sustainable business with future growth opportunities.
If you are hugely successful and gain a large percentage of market share in your territory and want to expand, let us know. We can always add more postcodes to your territory if they are available.
