Videos can seem complicated, especially when you are new to them. To help simplify the process, and to make the production costs predictable, we have defined several products and add-ons within our offering. This document will help to explain the video pricing you have seen in the Post Production Prices article.
Standard Basic Slideshow + - 30 Seconds
A maximum of 12 still images is required (no video clips)
Includes:
Full agency branding (titles and endplates)

Advanced Slideshow - Up to 60 Seconds
A maximum of 12 still images is required
Agent introduction can be included
Up to 4 stock clips or images (beaches, cafes etc)
Includes:
Google Earth animation with 4 After Effects Elements plus house icon OR One drone clip with up to 4 After Effects Elements
Full agency branding

Property Highlights Video - 30 Seconds
A maximum of 15 video clips is required. These can a mix of drone and ground clips.

Social Edit/Reel as an Add-On
Social Edits, also known as Reels are a 9x16 edit. They are used on instagram and facebooks stories and are optimised for viewing on a phone.
They can be ordered as an add-on to any video product.
Social Edit/Reel on its own
Any product can be ordered in 9x16 format only rather than 16x9, at no extra charge.

Bespoke Video
These can be any type of video outside of the products we have defined above. It could be a complex and long-running property video, or something completely different like an auction video, agent or suburb profile.
All Bespoke Videos must be briefed and quoted for at least 48 hours before the due date. Please email edit@bwrm.com before the job for a cost estimate.
Music
Our editors have many extensive libraries of music that they have licensed to use in your videos. You do not need to select a music track if you do not wish to. If you do require a specific track, the easiest solution is to find what you like on Artlist, then type the name and artist (and where you found the track) into the brief.
After Effects Elements
An After Effects Element is any individual component added to the video, such as a property outline, call-out title or an icon. You can add after effects elements to your videos at an extra cost (See Briefing Document).

Property Feature Icons
Property feature icons (beds, baths, cars, square meterage) can be added to any job and are free of charge.
Google Earth Animations
Adding a Google Earth Animation to any product is an option for any video or slideshow for an additional charge.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround is calculated in terms of business days. Please note that if you shoot a job on a Friday and need it back for Monday, this will count as a 12-hour turnaround job and will need to be submitted before 7 pm AEST on Friday.
12hr Video Editing
Please note that 12 Hour (next morning) jobs will need to be completely received before 7 pm AEST & will incur the following charges:
AI Video: $15.00
Property Highlights Video: $22.50
Standard Video: $35.00
In general 12 Hour (next morning) jobs should be less than 60 clips with limited voice-over, after effects and non-tripod camera work. If jobs of this nature are received, we can not guarantee that they will be completed by the following morning due to the extra work involved.
Errors
Errors by the editors will be corrected at no extra charge. Photographer input/agent errors and other changes will be charged at a rate per 5 minutes. To avoid changes, make sure you have a clear idea of your client's wants and provide as much detail as possible in the brief.
