An overview of the video products we provide.

To help simplify the process and to make the production costs predictable, we have defined several products and add-ons within our offering.

Please note that we can adjust our products' editing styles to be fast and dynamic, or slow and cinematic or a mix of both. Briefing our editors remains essential for what you are after. Generally, our rates and turnaround time depend on the amount of footage we receive for an edit/s and our packages reflect that. Extra charges do apply for add-ons and if more clips than specified for each product are received.

Short Form Reels (Presence Pack) +- 45 Seconds

  • A maximum of 12 vertical video clips is required

Includes:

  • Full agency branding (titles and endplates)

  • Royalty-free music (Artlist)

  • Includes x3 similar edits (a clean version and text overlay versions - Just Listed/Sold/Auction/etc) using the same music track.

  • A maximum of 15 video clips is required. These can be a mix of drone and ground clips.

  • After Effects Elements (drone pins, animated boundary lines, location pins, tracked to footage, etc.) and other add-ons can be added at an extra cost (See Briefing Document)

  • Agent intro/outro can be included

  • Can be ordered as a horizontal OR vertical video

Property Highlights Video (16-20 clips) - Up to 60 seconds

  • A maximum of 20 video clips is required. These can be a mix of drone and ground clips.

  • After Effects Elements (drone pins, animated boundary lines, location pins, tracked to footage, etc.) and other add-ons can be added at an extra cost (See Briefing Document)

  • Agent intro/outro can be included

  • Can be ordered as a horizontal OR vertical video

Includes:

  • Full agency branding (titles and endplates)

  • Royalty-free music (Artlist)

Standard Video (21-60 clips)

  • A maximum of 60 video clips is required (ground and drone)

  • Agent intro/outro can be included

  • Voiceovers can be included (up to 120 seconds of audio)

  • After Effects Elements (drone pins, animated boundary lines, location pins, tracked to footage, etc.) and other add-ons can be added at an extra cost (See Briefing Document)

  • Can be ordered as a horizontal OR vertical video

Includes:

  • 1 x cutdown reel from the main edit (9x16 edit)

Standard Video + Premium Social

  • A maximum of 60 video clips is required (ground and drone)

  • Agent introduction can be included

  • Voiceovers can be included (no more than 90 seconds of audio)

  • After Effects Elements (drone pins, animated boundary lines, location pins, tracked to footage, etc.) and other add-ons can be added at an extra cost (See Briefing Document)

Includes:

  • Full agency branding

  • Royalty-free music (Artlist)

  • 3 x cutdown reels from the main edit (9x16 edits) (just listed, just sold, etc.)

Social Edit/Reel as an Add-On

Social Edits or Reels can be ordered as an add-on to any of our main video products as a Basic or Premium Social Media Add-on (see above). A cut down/s will be made from the final edit.

Any product can be ordered in 9x16 format only, rather than 16x9 and are priced the same.

Bespoke Video

These can be any type of video outside the products defined above. It includes Premium high-end real estate videos. It can be a complex and long-running property video, testimonials, auction videos, agent or suburb profile videos, or something completely different. Please reach out to our team for pricing. If your video project does not fit any of the above, we will have a solution.

All Bespoke Videos must be briefed and quoted for at least 48 hours before the due date. Please email edit@bwrm.com before the job for a cost estimate.

Music

We are proud to offer seamless access to music through our Artlist Enterprise Business license, which provides unlimited clearance across all online platforms worldwide. This is part of our standard offering and ensures that most projects can be completed without additional effort from our clients.

However, if clients require music outside of our Artlist subscription, we encourage them to explore and independently acquire licenses from other music libraries to meet their specific needs.

You do not need to select a music track if you do not wish to. If you do require a specific track, the easiest solution is to find what you like on Artlist, then type the name and artist into the brief.

After Effects Elements

An After Effects Element is any individual component added to the video, such as a property outline, call-out title or an icon. You can add after effects elements to your videos at an extra cost (See Briefing Document).

Property Feature Icons

Property feature icons (beds, baths, cars, square meterage) can be added to any job and are free of charge.

Google Earth Animations

Adding a Google Earth Animation to any product is an option for any video or slideshow for an additional charge.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround is calculated in terms of business days. Please note that if you shoot a job on a Friday and need it back for Monday, this will count as a 12-hour turnaround job and will need to be submitted before 7 pm AEST on Friday.

12hr Video Editing

Please note that 12 Hour (next morning) jobs will need to be completely received before 7 pm AEST & will incur additional charges.

In general, 12 Hour (next morning) jobs should be less than 60 clips with limited voice-over, after effects and non-tripod camera work. If jobs of this nature are received, we can not guarantee that they will be completed by the following morning due to the extra work involved.

Errors

Editor errors will be corrected at no extra charge. Changes caused by photographer input, agent/client preference, missing brief details, or new instructions after the edit has started will be charged in 5- or 10-minute increments, depending on the time required. To avoid extra charges, please make sure the brief is clear, accurate, and includes as much detail as possible about your requirements before submitting the job.
