We have developed two output standards for 3D renders: Interior & Exterior.
Ordering:
When ordering 3D Renders, it is necessary to gather important information to ensure the highest quality output with the fastest possible turnaround. We require:
Technical drawings/blueprints
Drawings showing all building elevations and the site plan if available.
Floor plans showing all levels (Interior renderings)
We prefer digital and project files when available (Usually DWG, SKP, 3DS or FBX files), although we can accept PDF files.
Address and location information for the property
We use this information to determine the surroundings and the theme for the property, as the location will impact what type of trees and vegetation we should include in the renderings.
Views
We need to know what and how many views there is needed of the property. We recommend indicating the angle/direction of the views you need on the floor plans for interior images. You can indicate them on the Site Plans if available and alternatively provide a description instead for exteriors.
Materials and colours
Description of colours and materials for walls, roofing, windows, floors and kitchen elements. The more information we have available, the better! You can use reference images of a similar property or provide a detailed list.
Amendments
When we deliver the first draft images, you can request one round of changes with no added cost. If you want to add any further changes after this point, additional charges will apply. We recommend that you make sure to obtain feedback from all deciding parties involved before you send back a request.
Delivery times
Depending on the size of the project, we deliver the first draft within 5-8 business days from the time we receive all necessary materials. If you need the pictures before time, please consult before the start of the project, and we will confirm if this is possible. When Drafts are approved, we will deliver the final images within 1-2 business days.
To eliminate any confusion with the retouchers and ensure you get the correct product every time, please describe your order clearly, and always use the words CGI followed by the product type in the uploader.
