BWRM operates Member Support and Post-Production services in different countries, so it is important that we define which days and times we operate and which days our various teams can take a well-earned break.
Member Support operates during Australian business hours. It includes pricing, system, software, business, and any other queries and support required by Members directly from the BWRM Management Team.
The Help Centre is available 24 hours a day and should be the first place help is sought. If you are unable to find the answers you need and haven't already, join Discord; this is also available 24 hours a day as a resource and to ask questions of the BWRM Community; the BWRM Community will respond on a voluntary basis. The BWRM Management Team will respond during the business hours set out below:

Image Production operates on a 24hr shift from 2:00 PM Monday - Saturday 2:00 PM AEST, any jobs or corrections that come after this will be actioned from 2:00 PM Monday AEST when the new week begins. Floor Plan Production operates on a 24hr shift from 10:00 AM Monday - Saturday 5:00 PM AEST, any jobs or corrections that come after this will be actioned from 10:00 AM Monday AEST when the new week begins. Video Production operates from 2:00 PM Monday - 06:00 AM Saturday AEST. We also have a shift that handles Corrections Only operating between 6:00 AM Tuesday – 2:00 PM Saturday (AEST).

Please note: 24- Standard Videos are delivered within 24 hours of receiving all footage and assets.
12-Hour Fast-Track (25% surcharge)
12-hour projects are edited first, ahead of other projects.
Delivery is guaranteed within 12 hours or by the following day only if all footage and assets are received by 7:00 PM (AEST), and the project has 60 clips or fewer.
Please note:
Bespoke projects cannot be guaranteed for next-day delivery.
A 25% premium is applied to the total price for all 12-hour fast-track projects.
Our Member Support and Post-Production services will be closed on the PUBLIC HOLIDAYS listed below. Your enquiries will be addressed, and jobs will be processed on the next business day according to the times above.
