We are a network of Creatives building businesses in real estate marketing (photography & videography, floor plans etc.). When we join the BWRM network, we licence an exclusive set of postcodes where we work as independent business owners (Members), backed by the 5 Pillars of the BWRM Platform: Pathway, Process, People, Product & Portal.

BWRM has created a set of systems that provides members with a “business in a box”. Our methods optimise efficiency in post-production as well as maintain the quality of our products. Our systems have been created in conjunction with our members, service providers and suppliers. These methods take the entire product creation process into account, ensuring the best onsite data and image capture techniques and the most efficient ways to process this data into the final product.

As well as optimising the efficiency of our service providers’ processes, our help centre provides an easy way for members to train their staff efficiently and consistently. This end-to-end ecosystem enhances each member’s offerings, ensuring that they are the highest standard and most competitive business owners in their marketplace. Members are also supported by experienced mentors within the BWRM community through coaching and training sessions either provided by approved external providers or at our conferences.

BWRM Members can free up their time and scale their businesses by utilising our proven methods, development resources, and world-class supply chain.

The emphasis has been on creating a sustainable business model from start to finish, from member to supplier.

BWRM members have the opportunity to start and run small businesses with very low overheads and minimal up-front investment required. Our platform has been designed to optimise cash flow for members, which allows them to invest in their businesses. Members typically will grow a company that employs a small number of key staff or contractors.

A unique business model.

Members are not constrained by franchise agreements or charged franchise fees that scrape a % of turnover or profit. Our overhead fees are low and the rest are integrated into the post-production prices.

Our community model is designed to maximise the return on investment for members through the economies of scale that our supply chain provides, including high-end services that meet the rapidly evolving marketing needs of the Real Estate Industry. Our model is also designed to provide the capacity for entrepreneurial members to scale their businesses.

Our product is unique in the marketplace because we have developed on-site capture methods and techniques that align with production output, delivering a consistently high-quality product to our members and, in turn, their clients. Supply chain economics also brings significant value to members because BWRM has much larger buying power than any individual.
