Having beautiful floor & site plans as part of your product mix is a great way to make more money & differentiate yourself from your competitors. Our unique floor plan designs have been handcrafted to add a creative element to the usually mundane. They give buyers a sense of scale, show areas not captured in photographs or videos add to the marketing package that helps your client promote their listings (and themselves).

In order to provide clients with unique, professionally designed floor plans, BWRM has custom-created two unique styles: Watercolour Style and Vector Style. We have also matched a common style that we call Classic. Custom styles specific to agency brand guidelines are also available upon request. All of our styles include the ability to be branded to match agency colours.

Vector:

A clean, modern, graphic style that suits most agencies. These plans are customised to match agency colours by colouring in the storage areas, cars and north arrows.

Watercolour:

This is a soft, elegant, and unique look. Each element was hand-painted and digitised, which means that it cannot be replicated by a competitor. These plans are customised to match agency colours by colouring in the storage areas, cars and north arrows.

Classic:

Custom

These are defined by a client's existing look or style guide.

Floor Plan Layout

Floor plans can be ordered in either portrait or landscape orientations, and are available in 3 different layouts:

Floor Plan Only

These are useful for units and townhouses or for properties without the requirement for a site plan.

Floor & Site Plan (separated)

This is the most common layout and works for almost all types of houses

Floor & Site Plan (combo)

These work for small properties, townhouses, ground floor apartments.
