Grass Style

Our retouchers have been trained to produce high-quality, natural-looking results. This is achieved via the following methods:

Repairing & Greening is included in the price of image production for residential properties. Rural properties may require significant additional retouching costs due to the potential for substantial extra time, depending on the input and requirements.

Please note: It is not recommended to replace grass on farms, as this may mislead potential purchasers, particularly when the quality of stock feed is a significant factor in farm purchasing decisions.

Our grass has been pre-defined, with the correct colour temperature, brightness and saturation applied to maintain a natural green colour without looking fake.

Where the grass is yellow or patchy, we will repair it using a process that retains most of the original texture of the grass and all of the original shadows.

Replacing will always be charged as Standard Retouching for residential properties, but it will not be applied automatically. If you require the grass to be replaced where there is only dirt please request this in the brief when Uploading. As mentioned earlier, rural properties may incur a higher charge depending on complexity and replacing grass on farms is not recommended.
